Im just surprised that there were no Premier League club that might have wanted him that City would have been prepared to loan to.

There where a number of Premier clubs interested. Bolton and Everton made inquiries as did Fulham. I image City just wanted him out of the premier where he couldn't so any damage to them. Given to Celtic anyone?

The press are saying that Bellamy will still get his 85,000 a week but City will pick up 50,000 of it. Some of the other Championship clubs aren't to happy about City's 50,000 a week gift to one of their rivals. Wonder if there is some rule against this sort of thing.

Bellamy scored on his debut, in front of a sell out crowd at Cardiff. What with the increases in attendances and shirt sales, Bellamy may prove to be a huge signing for Cardiff especially if he continues to score and leads them into the Premier next year.
