The next big thing to come out of Southampton's academy after Walcott and Bale?

Anybody seen him play much? Attacking midfielder or Winger? Left footed or right footed?

Also what are they doing right at Southampton's Academy to develop players like Bale, Walcott and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain?
