Two blow outs, Real Madrid win 4-0 and Schalke win 5-2. Spurs were dead in the water once Crouch picked up two yellows in about 6 minutes for two rash tackles and Inter likely put in the worse performance at this stage of the tournament by a favourite at home in the history of the competition. They just gave up on the last two goals and must surely be out now.

What was wrong with crouch tonight? I dont think I have seen a seasoned pro be so reckless, so early in a game before. Spurs were on the bare bones of their squad and the result must have some pointers to that as well.

Watched the last half of the Real/Spurs game.
10 men for Spurs or not, my vote goes to Real for this season, I think they are going to be the team to beat if they keep playing like they did today!!
Great show of football, enjoyable to watch!
