As I understand it, If City act and cant prove exactly what went on, they would be exposed to a messy court case.

I have been told they are in constant contact with both UEFA N FIFA in trying to find the best strong course of action, but obviously needing the full backing of the gov bodies before they act.

This hasn't turned out to well for Mancini. None of the players on the bench or Mancini's assistant coaches can or will confirm Mancini's version of the incident.

Seems there was mass confusion on the City bench that night, people couldn't hear properly due to the crowd noise, Mancini had just had an argument with Dzeko and then Mancini talks to Tevez in Italian which Tevez can't understand.

Now City are charging Tevez with failing to warm up in Germany, and not refusing to play. Tevez had already warmed up and couple of times and will likely claim that he was warmed up enough to come on already.

It does seem to be a mess ~ However, Mancini is coming out of this much stronger...... As long as Tevez does not play again.
